Apparently under new management. Manager chose to flex her muscles by not allowing extra ice from the ice machine, even though I needed additional chewable ice, since my ice machine was down. It was not like I wasn’t willing to pay for it, I already had an order of five meals with drinks. She said she was not able to provide an additional bag and the ice was only for customers in the dining area, there were none, it was just a lame excuse. I was a regular customer, not any more. Would not recommend this establishment for the managers short sightedness.
My go to place when I have a craving for a crunchy taco! Food was good and served fast. Also had the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito and it was good. Service and staff were friendly and fast. Sticky floors are my only complaint but other than that the dining area was clean.Food: 4/5
I had called right now and tried explaining to the lady that I placed an order through Uber eats and all she said was “you’re going to have to call Uber” then hung up on me she did not even let me finish talking I was trying to tell her I did not want tomatoes on the tacos because they were for my sister and the Uber eat app didn’t give me the option to put no tomatoes I’m upset because my sister is ALLERGIC to tomatoes I was calling and calling and they did not answer the phone terrible customer service that lady was very very rude !!! If I could give zero stars, I would !
The last FOUR TIMES I've been to this location, my order has been wrong. It has been wrong other times, on occasion, but this is 4 in a ROW. This time though, 9 items were wrong. NINE. We called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and we informed them that we would be there tomorrow for the 9 items to be corrected or refunded. They did not offer that. I LOVE Taco Bell, but this is ridiculous. I get that places may be short staffed, but that doesn't mean my food has be wrong and suck every time. After tomorrow I will not return to this location, and we have frequented for a long time. Edit just a few moments after I posted this, I open my spicy potato Taco to find only potatoes, literally nothing else. So 10, TEN ITEMS MESSED UP.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. It dosent matter what staff is switched out I've been here day and night because i work nearby the staff is always super rude and take FOREVER to give you your food and when they finally do, if you made any changes to it it's wrong. They will just make the base item as it is on the menu with no care. I've brought up problems to this staff on multiple occasions and they always refuse to re-make the food or give a refund or offer ANY sort of help for what they did wrong. Almost 100% of the time the staff is just ignoring customers and messing around in the kitchen or just on their phones instead of making your food as to why it takes so long. If an actual taco bell representative came into thus restaurant without letting staff know ahead of time then the staff would easily be fired, or retrained. This place is an absolute joke.
I had a man take our order and serve us in the drive through. He was very rude and dismissive. Our bag had only 3 sauces, so we circled back to get more. At this point he was very aggrevated for some reason, and raised his voice when speaking to me. The food is fine but the service is awful. This occurred on the night of 06/02/24.Food: 4/5

The workers were high and very disrespectful. When all I wanted is them to replace my frozen nacho fries. Do not go if you want friendly customer service. Ignorant manager and employees.
The food was cold and the tacos were not cooked right but I ate it because I was hungry and also it was very expensive and less stuff inside the tacosFood: 1/5
Late night drive thru. There was no line behind us. Order taker was a little impatient with us needing time to look at the menu. Told her 4 times we hadn't been there in a long time. My out of town visitor was looking for something she had in another state. Food smelled wonderful. I didn't order anything for myself.Food: 5/5
