We decided to catch a quick bite after a cross country meet. We don't like to eat fast food often and chose Culvers because it's made to order and the product is a better quality. The staff at this particular location was excellent! The employee who took our order had a great sense of humor and the employee who delivered our meals was friendly. The restaurant was clean (bathrooms included), and the service fast. I was impressed with the chicken strips. Perfect breading, juicy, piping hot, and yummy dipping sauce. Worth the calories!

We usually go to this Culver's in Chanhassen because it's close. Tonight we ordered 4 meals, but some how the cashier only rang up 2 meals, but charged us for 4 meals. We paid for all 4 meals with cash. We received the 2 additional meals after a delay and several employees questioning us about it. After we started eating the Manager came over and questioned why our food wasn't listed on the receipt. We said we didn't know and said exactly what we paid for it ($30.31) and asked him to speak to the two cashier's who rang our order up. He basically said they didn't remember anything and he was checking the til. He never came back. Very accusatory and rude. I won't be back.

Not sure what happened but the service was very bad the one occasion I was here. There were 4 of us and we ordered only custard--2 mixers and two cones. We waited a half hour for these things. Meanwhile, workers kept trying to give the several people (not just us, but at least 4 others, standing around waiting for their custard) the wrong orders. I saw them take several things back to the kitchen when nobody would claim them. I would describe the service as comically bad. This was at around 7pm on a Sunday evening and it was not very busy in there. Drive through and hot food seemed to be operating OK.

Used to like this food chain. This location is terrible!  Was good but getting worse for 2 years.

Tried 3 times to up-sell on same item.. When I refused, the 2nd item was up-charged to a grease soaked double without permission. When I complained, I was told they do not sell singles in this item (however s single was on the menu). Complained loudly about grease dripping out of double we did not order. Said it would clog are arteries. Asked to talk to manager who made excuses; but agreed singles are on the menu, He said "they always sell doubles by default" !!! He refunded our money for the wrong item ordered.  We will not return soon.

It is clear that this Culvers Does Not Care!!!! I have filled out reviews about problems to Culvers, asked for reply. They have never replied!!!

 Custard leaves a greasy feel in your mouth.  I got a cheese burger once and within 10 min I was vomiting. I don't know why the chain is popular because it's average at best.
