I was planning to get my braces from this place because of the price they gave me was pretty reasonable, however, the receptionist  and dentist kept on moving my schedule just days before my appointment. I call back wondering if I can reschedule or change my time but there's no answering the phone. I called and called and still, no answer. I don't think no one works there in the front desk to speak or ask questions. Don't waste your time going to Culver Westside, it's cheap but they cause a lot of miscommunication, and rude; completely and utterly rude. That is unacceptable especially if they want to take your money, ha! No thank you!
 
I wasted my time and I will take my money and go somewhere else probably like Florman Orthodontics. It will be a bit more expensive, but at least I will get better service and the orthodontist will be much more flexible with me and my schedule.

Horrible.  I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago for 11am.  Got there early since I was a new patient and thought I would have to fill out paperwork. When I got to the front door there was a hand written sign saying that they were closed until 11 for a staff meeting.. so I thought I would give them a few minutes to reopen. I waited 15 min and watched about 8 or so people arrive and stand at the front door with me. I left, and do not think its appropriate to have that many people waiting outside for so long.
