They worked with my insurance plans and I was able to get great care for a lot cheaper than I thought!! also, VERY friendly staff!

The parking is very difficult since it's in a strip mall with a laundromat.  The first visit took a while but that was expected since you wait for the dentist to free up.  I kept hearing the assistants bicker and fight saying things like, "I am the one in charge and you need to listen to me."  This wasn't one isolated incident since I heard this thorough out my entire visit with different assistants.  They acted cold and distant to me.  I don't think I got one smile or 'hello'.

The service was fine and there was no pressure to buy more.  The most aggravating issue was when I had to come back for the 'quick' polishing.  I came 10 minutes early and waited an hour.  I saw two people leave and only one go in so I know it was not that busy.  I told the receptionist that I needed to leave allowing myself an hour to pick up my daughter from school.  She assured me that I would be able to get it done but there was no apology or explanation.

After waiting that hour I had to leave without getting my 'quick' polishing done.  It seems like they either double/triple booked or were just lazy.  With the poor parking, rude and unprofessional assistants, average service and extreme waits I am not coming back.

Dr. Taheri charged me way more than he estimated my dental work would cost.  He put the wrong material in my fillings.  Over the phone, he promised a 10% discount if I paid in full, which I did, but I did not receive the discount.  I sent the clinic a letter with my complaints.  When I called to check on the results, they were extremely rude and said that my lawyer could contact their lawyer.  Do not trust this dental clinic.  I wish I'd done my research before making an appointment there.  Don't make the same mistake I did.

I'll be honest. There was lots of parking on my "morning" appointment.  I had 3 cavities & I had a needle in my mouth 3 times & it didn't hurt at all.  Dr. Taheri is one smooth operator.  He's great.  There was a little bit of a wait but he's great.  9 out of 10 stars for sure.
