This is a totally professional clinic, yet the entire staff - reception, assistants, doctor, and check-out - have a warm and friendly attitude and certainly deliver personal care. They have been quick to do what is necessary, but avoid the unnecessary! I would recommend Cumberland Dermatology without reservation.

Terrible customer service, stay far, far away!  I had my 1st visit back in December of 2016.  Waited 30 min for a 10 min consultation.  I scheduled a followup on 7/20/17.  I'm a single mother of two and my time and work hours are very valuable.  I took the time off work and coordinated care for my children to enable me to attend the appointment.  When I arrived the rude and snippy Amber and Christy informed me that they would no longer accept my combination of insurances (the exact same as my previous appointment).  This would have been great to know BEFORE all the time and effort wasted.  I received conflicting reasons as to why, but it appears that Cumberland Dermatology is discriminating against individuals with economic situations such as mine.  This place lacks professionalism and have no sense of common courtesy.  If you value your time, money, and being treated with decency go somewhere else.

I couldn't get an appt anywhere as a new patient with a specific concern for my skin. Got in here next day. The nurses and doctors were fantastic. Hardly any wait time. Were very straight forward and explanatory on the things that needed more detail. Highly recommend this place!

While 6 months ago as a new patient the staff was attentive  and very competent. During my 6 month check up I waited 20 + minutes in the outer office past my appointment time.  Then when I was taken into an exam room we had a brief discussion.  "How are you doing??"   He will be in, in a minute. Well he was not and I sat for another 15 minutes before informing the staff I could not wait any longer.   

This didn't seam to bother anyone.  I got the impression they are use to it or simply don't give a care.  Not even a sorry you had to wait.  Just OK

I fired my last primary Doctor for his office staff lack of attention Dr. Johnson.  They didn't care if you waited 45+ minutes so long as they could joke about last night.  Not the case here but the same poor concern for customers.

Now I have to find another Dermatologist.  Too bad the Doctor dose great work.  Too bad her staff doesn't.

If I could possibly give you a lower rating I would. My husband saw your PA twice with a place on his ear and both times he froze it and it came back a third time and he wanted me to get another appointment and I refused. We went to Cleveland and they did a biopsy and it was cancer. We lost a friend who had a similar problem and lost his life. I would not recommend your practice to anyone.
