Dr. Pribanich and his staff are thorough and professional. First Class!

This July we relocated to Crossville from Florida. We though this would be our retirement dream building in the Gardens RV Village. My wife and I were do for script renewals and we needed a new family practice.

This doctor was highly recommended to us by friends as a very nice and professional man. When we first visited we were told by the receptionists “ He is not taking any new patients, unless you have a resident referral.“ Send us your past records and he will decide if he takes you on. 

While on a vacation back to Disney we get a call the Dr has decided not to take you. No reason why, No can I help you with a single visit, No referral to another practice. With full medical insurance we were at a loss? 

On the positive side we own him a huge favor. We were going to build a home in Crossville. We are now leaving this state. 

We have never written a negative review, however this situation was health and safety. If the Doctor had given us a courtesy visit and a personal explanation why he refused to treat us we would not have written this review. I feel for someone who had taken a medical oath to heal we were treated poorly.
