We met Mike when looking for our first home. He was actually representing the seller at one of the properties we were viewing. After speaking with him, however, we were so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail during the showing we asked him to represent us as a buyer's agent in our search. We described our preferred home to Mike and he let us know what we could expect from the local market. He knew details about homes/neighborhoods that weren't found on the web, giving us confidence that we would find exactly what we needed and not just a property that matched the major metrics. Mike's skill and work ethic truly shined when we finally did spot the home we wanted. Our offer was not only swift, but also carefully drafted, including things (that we believe) got ours to the top of the seller's pile. If there was a change required, Mike would draft the addendum quickly (often at odd hours) and have it in the inbox ready for electronic signature. We always felt like we were good to go and waiting for the other side to catch up. His experience in negotiation was evident, always keeping our best interest a top priority while also letting us know what it would take to make the deal work. Working with Mike was a force multiplier, as he also put us in touch with true professionals for other aspects of the home buying process. We took his recommendations for a loan officer and home inspector and were not disappointed. They brought the same level of knowledge and responsiveness, making us believe we had a team working on our behalf. Buying a home with Mike was an outstanding experience! We would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Mike was the first person we spoke to when we chose to sell our townhome, and after filling out a brief form he called back within five minutes. This set the level of service we came to find as unique with him; he always returned our calls and was very up front and honest during every step. He set realistic expectations and helped us understand how the process worked. Our first buyer's offer fell through before closing, but Mike did everything possible to keep negotiating up to the last minute, and ultimately the buyer walked away due to their own negligence. Our house ended up on the market longer than we expected, but Mike continually put forth exceptional effort leading open houses, pushing for showings, and exploring every possible interest. We were very pleased with the level of service, and would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone interested in buying or selling. He knows the market, tracks social media and other local trends, and ultimately got us the most value for our home sale.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Mike as he assisted my mother in finding a new place that she could call home. Knowing that my mother was entering this process with a great deal of anxiety, I was ever so pleased to learn that Mike was making every effort to alleviate any and all stress that he could. Where other Realtors® may become frustrated, when showing a client more than a few listings, Mike was patient, understanding, and encouraging. Even as she dealt with two contracts that had fallen through, Mike never for a second allowed her to dwell on the negative, rather kept her focused on the positive that was sure to come. After some time, with Mike's guidance and resources, my mother found a listing which suited her perfectly - a place she could truly see herself calling home. From that point on, Mike's knowledge and expertise made the process of negotiation, home inspection, and ultimately closing, a seamless one. I cannot say enough good about Michael. His integrity, professionalism, top-notch connections, love of real estate, and master negotiation skills are just a few of the many reasons he is the one and only name I care to recommend. Thank you Michael, for taking a process that could have been full of stress and turmoil, and making it a memorable - even pleasant - experience.
