We have been here for only several months and so far it's been a great community to live in. We feel safe, only minutes away from everything you may need & a 25 min or so drive to downtown. Maintenance is responsive & the turnaround is quick. The gym is very nice (lacking mirrors, it would be a great addition) but have added some other great amenities including a new tv and freestyle equipment in the extra room. The pools are great as well. I appreciate everything they have done thus far including landscaping & keeping the buildings clean & tidy.

This is a very old apartment and not properly maintained. I used to get BGE bill $500+ during winter and $200+ during summer consistently which shows the heating and cooling system is old. When we called maintenance simply they don't respond. Now I moved out of that apartment I am getting BGE bill only $80 even during winter. Maintenance is a nightmare here. They put the old carpet when I checked in and charge for the carpet when I move out after 3 years saying carpet has become old. They took my security deposit and charged $500 in addition to that. We used to get leaches and centipedes all the time when we lived here and maintenance don't respond. I would strongly advice to stay out of this apartment especially if you have kids. I see all the positive comments are posted by the apartment management.

I like living at the crossings. It's in a great area close to any shops/stores you could think of. I love the pool, however do wish the fitness center was a little bigger. Maintenance reaponds quickly and gets the jobs done well. Just like with any apartment the walls are thin so you can hear a lot of what's going on above and below you. The security could be better. Recently there has been neighborhood kids coming into the apartment complex areas smoking weed. Overall it's a good apartment complex.

Me and my boyfriend loved it here. They have a great firewood delivery in the cold months for free if you got a place with a fireplace. And they are just beautiful and clean inside. Wonderful management, all the staff are nice and helpful!!

My wife and I have enjoyed living at The Crossing at White Marsh for more than six years now. The staff are courteous and helpful. The maintenance personnel are competent and show up promptly even when emergencies arise in the wee hours of the morning.
