Cupcake Hearts created a cake for my parent‘s surprise 50th wedding anniversary party and it was the most beautiful and delicious cake I’ve ever had. I sent a picture of a cake that I’d seen online and I told them the changes I wanted and they executed my vision perfectly. Everyone at the party was in love with the cake and the flavor. My parents were so happy. I chose Cupcake Hearts because of their cupcakes and I believed they would create something beautiful, but their talent was beyond impressive. I’m glad I trusted them to make this cake. They proved once again why they’re my parent’s favorite bakery and now they’re my favorite bakery too. Thanks and love from the Williams Family.
My family and I have been customers of Cupcake Hearts over the last 8 years. Their cakes are truly a work of art! We have trusted them to create cakes for themed Birthdays and every time I’ve picked up the cake, my expectations have been exceeded. I love the variety of flavors they offer The Guava is my absolute fave. I also love that you can sample all the flavors in mini cupcakes or standard size.
Cupcake Hearts did our wedding cake and the desserts and it was absolutely splendid! The cake looked beautiful and it tasted divine. The other desserts were just as delicious. All of my guests were impressed with the quality and the flavor of our wedding cake! I would highly recommend them!
I highly recommend Cupcake Hearts! They made our son's birthday cake and it turned out way better than we ever imagined. We ordered the marble cake with chocolate buttercream and it was DELICIOUS!!!!!
I just happened to stumble upon this cake shop after coming from the tattoo parlor a couple doors down. Never trying anything from here, I just took a leap of faith. I wanted a basketball themed cake for my sons 6th birthday party. When I say this was the best cake ever! I was amazed at how moist the cake was. My guest loved this cake and kept asking where I got it from. I would definitely rate my experience a 10/10. From the customer service to the actual cake. I will be using cupcake hearts for future events! Thank you Cathy for making my experience so memorable.
This place is Amazing! I just moved from New York & was very worried about finding a good baker out here in Kissimmee. This place did not disappoint at all . I showed them a design of a cake & cupcakes & they actually made it look better , like the detailing was absolutely amazing. They worked with me with sizing & pricing & they were very patient because I am a very indecisive person lol. The cake & cupcakes not only looked phenomenal but they taste sooooo good . It sad I really wanted to like this place. We ordered cupcakes as a sweet gesture since they offer delivery. it was highly disappointing to say the least. no effort in the presentation they are plain as they come the cake itself is moist but not good flavor the Oreo cupcakes have like a powder dust of a chocolate cookie it taste nothing like an Oreo and the chocolate chip was not tasty at all it almost taste like plastic from the container it was in I would not recommend I hope they try a bit harder with creativity and effort Publix is a grocery store and their cups cakes are fresh tasty and prettier.
Visited this shop today and purchased a half a dozen of cupcakes in a variety of flavors. It was delicious! My girls and really enjoyed the rich flavors and moist cake. Stop by and try out this local bakery you won’t regret it.
Long story short these guys came rescue my situation that I was in! They are really helpful in case something goes wrong. Tiny complaints btw if the consumer made an error online plz allow it to be fixed or else the customer will be frustrated like me. Shout out to Cathy for helping me!
Delicious and beautifully made cupcakes. They were super easy to order and had great customer service. The team was patient with me and helped me pick out the variety of flavors that would go well with my group. I ordered my cupcakes on Monday and they were ready for a Thursday birthday party. The cupcakes went perfectly with our Harry Potter theme! Everyone loved them
