I had a very positive experience with Currah's from start to finish. I purchased a used vehicle from them. Scott was personable and communicated directly with me the entire time. He was honest and straightforward about the car and never once tried to upsell me or push the car as anything more than it was. Jill was also very helpful and the two of them quite friendly. Prices were fair and accurate. This is the kind of family-owned, small shop you hope to do business with - a pleasure!

The owners and operators of Currah's Automotive are a husband/wife couple. Believe me when I say this mechanic is (((HONEST))). I send all my friends to them...and I especially send ALL my single female friends to them, telling them it is worth the extra miles to drive out of Milwaukee to Big Bend; not because they offer loaner vehicles. I send them out their because Currah's is --what has become a nearly extinct breed; they are an honest, competitively priced business, whose owners actually seem to really enjoy what they do. CAN YOU RELATE? Being a married man, who used to have time to change brakes, oil, flush coolant system, etc and a spouse who knows how to check the oil --if she had to. I am --justifiable-- apprehension when sending my wife to take the car in. (I've known of couples where the wife has more automotive savvy than their husbands...not common.) THIS IS THE KIND OF BREAK-IT-DOWN HONESTY I'M TALKIN' ABOUT Husbands/Wives, you'll not need give it a 2nd thought about setting up an appointment at Currah's to have your oil changed and tires rotated..while your on a construction job out-of-state. You won't have to worry about depending on your auto-maintenance lacking spouse to drop off the car and pick it up again without seeing an additional $110 tacked onto to the bill, because the mechanic noticed you had a newborn, and worded a special on a brake fluid flushes in such a way, that your spouse rested a bit easier in opting for this "Commonly Overlooked" routine maintenance service option...THAT they JUST HAPPENED TO BE HAVING A SPECIAL ON............THIS WEEK! It ain't gonna happen at Currah's Automotive!!!

The folks here are very friendly. I bought my car through them, and they have serviced it since. Their prices for service are very reasonable both on labor and materials. It's nice to find a shop that can do just about everything and is flexible.

A+ on service, price, friendliness, honesty, integrity, etc. Very good to work with a quality shop, and I'd highly recommend Scott to anyone. Also bought a car there, and have had great luck with it...it was a fantastic price and very few problems with it. Anything that did crop up, Scott was great about fixing.
