Good people to work for when I was there, but not organized at all. Most of there trucks are in good shape.

Pros: decent starting pay and some good people work in the field and in the mechanic shop.  Cons: NOBODY above your foreman gives a care in the world about you. You’re completely dispensable no matter who you are. Raises are slim to none. Owner and Vice President are tight wads. Hours are not garunteed even though during the interview they will promise as many as you like. No opportunity for promotion unless you know someone. Hard work does not pay off at this company.  You’ll meet some good people but I do not recommend this company.

I don't recommend this company. Poorly ran and poorly managed.  Supervisors practice the age old saying "do as I say and not what I do".  I had  years experience with this company in a leading role. No at fault accidents or mishaps  during my time there. However, I was let go after the company failed a job.  Mind you I was not in a position on this job to make any decisions except for executing my duties assigned. Not one write up or counseling during my entire time there. That didn't stop them from firing almost everyone associated with that project.  If you want to work for a company that mass punishes everyone, well, this is your spot.  Truly the best thing that ever happened to me though. I was fired in Jan 2017. It was a dead end job and not worth my energy.  Fast forward to 2021 and I am now a graduate of Old Dominion University. Its funny how things work out.

Great customer service, receptionist was very attentive as I explained the situation , she had a very understanding  and caring attitude which helped the situation 100%, because the pot hole was filled within 2 days . .

Well if you don't have any tickets in 5 years they will hire you.

I am a truck driver, contracted to ship a Volvo dump truck they sold, to the Detroit area. The truck was advertised to weigh 50,000 lbs. It felt very heavy,  so I scaled it at the nearest truck stop. Turns out it weighs 67,500 lbs! I looked in the bed, and it's got tons of dirt and rock in it! I tried to take it back to have them clean it out, only to be told they're calling the sheriff on me! The owner of this company is shady, not at all reasonable, and obviously does not stand by his word. And when you try to get them to fix their problem, they call the law on you! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Whoever their employee is that drove a white truck at 635pm on 198 is an absolute a hole. Will never use this company just based off the employee that couldn't get close enough to my bumper. If a deer had jumped in front of me you would have rear ended me. 10/10 will inform my friends and family in Gloucester and West Point of the disregard they showed for other people when looking for contractors.

DONT WORK HERE! I'm trying to save you from wasting time here. They pay Forman and supervisors to sit in trucks for 8 hours a day but have the NERVE to tell you that drive time isn't paid cuz they can't afford it. I could go on and on about this company but don't wanna waste anymore of my time
