My family recently purchase an existing home, but it was new to us. Although we loved the house, the kitchen was somewhat "dated". We wanted to update it and had learned about Custom Crafted Kitchens and Baths from the Chamber of Commerce and through other research. Their designer, Erin, met with us in our home and toured the existing  kitchen. She listened to our thoughts, took them into account and made recommendations. She worked with us on options and helped us to keep the project within our timeline and budget. The net result was a great new modern kitchen but even better, she helped us to make it "our" kitchen in our new home. - Laura

Regarding our experience with Custom Crafted Kitchen and Bath of Mooresville, NC:
Erin Fretz	Owner
Bath:	Started looking for design help beginning of December 2014; contract signed January 15, 2015
Kitchen:	February 22, 2015

Chose to renovate our 1989 homes bathroom. My wife and I did an initial construction and modification of the master bedroom to open bathroom space for an 11ft X 11ft master bath. With space created we spent hours trying to come up with a design.  Took to scanning the internet for local professional help.  Landed on the Custom Crafted Kitchen and bath website (which caught my attention from its design), made a call and got an appointment.  The rest is history.

Erin Fretz is an amazing person, has awesome interviewing skills, and listens for her clients clews.  A day after she studied our space we received a preliminary design.  We looked no further, she presented a design neither of us came close to thinking about.  We adopted the first design, approved their estimate and construction started a week later.

My wife and I flat out love our new master bath. It is elegant with steam, heated floors, beautiful granite counter tops (really fun to pick out when both ladies are artists), heated towel bar, and etc. 

Based on the quality of design and construction of the bath we decided to challenge Erin with a redesign and upgrade of my WIFE’s kitchen. We reviewed only a few design ideas before deciding.  Once again great ideas.  And, once again contracts were signed and construction started immediately following completion of the bath.

My wife (and I) flat out love our new Kitchen.  Beautiful cabinets with lots of space, a very beautiful granite top, modern sink, new amazing commercial cork composition vinyl floors, and etc.

Notes:
Contracted timeframes were met.
Workmanship and quality of All contractors was exceptional.
When the unknowns surfaced, solutions creatively and cost effectively managed.
Creative Design changes surfaced by both Erin and us and were implemented with minimal work order cost.

We are very much at home in our upgraded little home.
