I contacted Custom Electrical Services and was called back the same day by Josh. Josh arranged a Quote for the next day. Luis arrived and gave me a very fair quote to install a TV, run Power and wires for TV so no wires showed. Luis gave me a few options. We choose the best option for us. Josh arranged for the job to be completed that weekend. Greg and Alberto arrived on time and informed me that there would be Drywall damage, which Luis had already made me aware of. Damage was much less than what they estimated. They even waited while I went to store to get longer HDMI cables and ran those for me. Great experience from the first call and throughout the completion of the job. Very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Custom Electrical Services.

What can I say, these guys know their stuff.  I needed an outlet installed under the sink for a new garbage disposal.  I also had them change out the bathroom fan and redo some of the wiring in there so the light, fan, and outlets would run independently.  They were very courteous, timely, and got the job done!  Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Custom Electrical Services. I got 2 baseboard heaters and a wall heater replaced by Kyle.
- Very fast scheduling, especially when other businesses are unavailable  weeks out, Jay was able to schedule us within the week.
-  Kyle, our tech was personable, knowledgable and a fast worker.
- They can supply the electrical parts, which is great and saved me the trouble of finding the right item at Home Depot/Lowes.

Jay was easy to work with, and Chris & Chris did a great job installing a new grounded outlet for me. They came out for an estimate first, let me know when they were available, showed up on time, and did the job fast and to my standards. Thank you!

Electricians were very quick and explained everything thoroughly.  I wasn't too happy about the cost to run a second dedicated line to the exact same spot as the first; $400 seems steep for another 10-15 minutes of work. There was some damage done to the siding of my home that wasn't presented to me, I had to discover this on my own. Technicians left a pile of drilling sawdust and other trash under my sink and outside. Cleaning up after yourself seems like no brainer to me. I would have also liked to know that I would have been charged an extra 3% for using a debit or credit card before the guys started working, I've never run into this with contractors before. Overall I feel the electrical work was done properly but the overall experience could have been better. Probably won't called Custom Electrical again unless I'm in a pinch to get some work done quickly.
