I called the business on a Friday afternoon, owner answered the phone, was very thorough and professional. He was at my house Saturday morning! Less than 24 hours notice and he was able to squeeze me in to his booked schedule. He found a simple, cheap solution to my problem. Keep in mind, irrigation systems are on the same level as rocket science for me. Any dishonest contractor could have easily taken me for hundreds of dollars, and I never would have known the difference. This guy is fair, customer service of a shooting star, and is clearly one of the very few people who puts honesty before financial gain. Can’t recommend him enough.

I called Custom Irrigation on a Sunday and quickly got in touch with Eric. He was courteous and assured me that my problem could be fixed. He was at my house on Wednesday morning and figured out the issue (roofers had broken and discarded a rain sensor, which resulted in the sprinkler system not coming on.) Eric had the problem fixed quickly, and for a reasonable price. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. He would be my first call if I had any future irrigation issues.

Have used them twice now - once for home and once for office and both times they did a great job.  Very fast, very knowledgeable, and at half of what some other estimates came in at.  Have referred them to others and would definitely use again

We have used other companies, but Custom Irrigation is absolutely the best. The owner responds promptly to your calls and has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of irrigation. They are adept at problem solving and work in an efficient manner. We highly recommend them.

I live in the Palms HOA near the wekiva state park. I had one sprinklor head that when replaced would leak after the zone was done being watered. I called Custom Irragaton and Repair based off their goggle reviews and like anyone else I was skeptical. Eric and Elliot came out the same day I called within few hours. Upon arriving Eric asked me if I knew where the Sprinklor valve was I said no. He spent littery 3 to 5 minutes looking for it under ground and found it in what seemed to be a New York Minute. Upon finding the sprinklor valve Eric had informed me this was my problem because the Sprinklor valve was 20 to 25 years old. (Wear and tear)situation. He replaced the sprinklor head valve, tested it multiple times to ensure his and Elliots work. The sprinklor no longer leaks and Eric was even nice enough and professionally enough to inform me that in time with no rush I should upgrade my sprinkles and change them due to the fact I have Sprayers, and Squierters all at one time in one Zone. He said it's ok to have both but they should be programmed for different times. Eric from Costume Irragation and Repair has my business for my entire yard but in sections. Also I would like to note Elliot and Eric very down to earth and not crazy serious personality. They have that Human touch that seems to be lost on these new generations of kids and young adults. If you are in need of Irragation repair or new system in a new zone I would call Custom Irragation and Repair. ASK FOR ERIC if some one else answers the phone.
