This place is AWFUL!  If you happened to order from them without doing a search before hand (like I did) I am sorry.  They had problems shipping orders on time in 2014, I placed an order with them on a Saturday for $350.  The order was declined (problem with my credit card).  On Monday I place a second order, because I decided I wanted some additional options.  The order was over $400 and was approved.  Monday night the company resubmitted the first order and it was approved again.  I thought it would be a simple matter to ask them to cancel that order and refund the $350.  Only they will not respond to emails, phone call or phone messages.  I have tried to contact them every single day.  Now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company, which will take much longer.  They have over $750 of my money, the least they could do is take 5 minutes to respond by email.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  Check BBB they have 21 complaints, well 22 after I submit mine.
