I hired Cut-n-Care for the last year and a half or so to cut my lawn and apply fertilizer/weed killer/pesticides.  I started up with them because my next door neighbor was using them and at the time I wasn't able to take care of my lawn myself.  Though my neighbor decided to move on to another lawn care company for obvious reasons, I decided to continue with Cut-n-Care.  

Today, I went out to spot-spray my lawn with the new Round-Up that only kills weeds and not the grass.  What I found were hearty, well established dandelion plants that have been there for a year or so.  Also found were dead patches and worn to the ground patches there the people cutting my lawn spun the wheels of their lawn cutters time and time again, stripping the grass down below the roots, killing it.  

Though I contacted the company on several occasions about the lawn damage, I was only able to reach the customer service representatives and never heard from the owner.  That is until this spring when I received a letter from I'm assuming was the owner saying that he would no longer service my property.  This is because I owed him about $800 for a month's worth of 'services' that I was late on that he sent to collections.  I paid the bill before I knew it went to collections.

I recommend steering clear of this company if you take pride in your property.  It is obvious that Cut-n-Care truely does not "Care" about their customers' properties.  RIP Cut-n-Care.

The only reason I am giving one star is because my lawn (at least the parts they did) looked great. But as soon as my salesman/employee was fired in the middle of my treatment package, the service dropped drastically. Parts of my yard were not treated at all. I called the office a few times to report this and they promised to come back out. They did, once. Initially, I blamed it on the new employee, who rode around on her little cart while talking on her phone, applying fertilizer and grub control over anything in the yard -dog toys, etc. In the beginning, they called or texted to let me know when they were coming so I could pick up the yard, but that all changed when the new employee came into the picture. Then just recently we received a letter from them simply stating that they will NOT be servicing our lawn this year. Good riddance!! Buyer beware!!

I signed up for lawn cutting services; they never showed up. I called and was told they'd be out that day. Still no show. I called again, they said they'd come and check whether my lawn was cut. 
I fired them.
