Incredibly rude and unprofessional.  He acted like I was an idiot when I was just asking simple questions.  When I called him out for being rude he was even more rude.  No apology or anything.  No thanks!  Avoid this company.  See other similar reviews.  I should have known to not even call.

They did a great job putting up the fence. They were on time and got things done. BUT every year since we had to get some kind of repair work done and each time took about 5 phone calls to get one response, if even. We called today for repair work to be done to the same post that came loose before, and got a jerk of a response.  Last year it took nearly three months to get a piece in that broke twice. Their price is tempting, but the after care and service is horrible.

Came out over a week ago to take measurements. Stated that I would have a quote... no quote. Called 3 days ago and was told they would "look into it". Still no quote. Called again, no answer and no response. At this point, I wouldn't want their quote because I wouldn't trust them to actually show up and do the job when needed! Seems like some people have had luck with them. I certainly wouldn't recommend them at this point due to their lack of response.

Cannot say a bad thing about my experience with this company. Jim came out the very next when I called for an estimate. Had the estimate 2 days later and it was better than anyone else. Got a quality job done by a very friendly and hard working crew lead by Jason. Jason was very helpful and answered any questions when asked without hesitation. I would not hesitate to recommend Novi Fence to anyone.

Called Novi Fence to get a quote on a fence repair.  Spoke to them and they had me send pictures and were going to get back with me within a couple hours.  They never got back with me and would not take my calls or call me back.  If they did not want the job they could have just told me rather than blow me off.
