Did horrible job on my daughter's nails.  Had to go back twice and not until i got into with manager dud she fix it.  She just told me how busy they were and i should take 10.00 gift card for 40.00 nail job.  She doesnt take pride in her work nor her staffs.  Its about her bottom line.  Wouldnt give her a dime.

I’ve been going to Kelly for years and she never fails me. She is great, creative and the salon has a very relaxing atmosphere.

Very expensive about $15 overpriced for a full set. It seems like they do use quality product. Although, the lady that did my nails did a poor job. They were stubby, thick and did not prep them correctly. Also, she put the acrylic too close to my skin. Within 3 days 4 of them showed lifting.  I am on day 6 and now the rest are lifting too. I must say the lady next to me her set looked beautiful.

I've given this place one to many chances and a few hundred dollars for wack ass nails. I've never walked out of this shop feeling completely satisfied and my last visit about 3 weeks ago sealed the deal for me! One lady did a horrible job on my nails and toes. I should have stopped there but I decided to let her wax my eyebrows. She totally messed them up, they were uneven and I woke up the next morning with burn marks above my eyebrows.  Yes the shop is cute and the owner can do okay work but the rest of the crew👎I just had to write a review after going right across the street today and had the best experiencing ever, walked out feeling good about spending 80 bucks on a job well done💁‍♀️💅
