The pharmacy works fast. The rest of the store takes pride in what they do as well.

The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians were very helpful and prompt. The pharmacist I spoke to, Dr. Fredrick was extremely nice and patient and took time to answer my questions. I greatly appreciated this. Not enough due credit is ever provided with reviews and thats disheartening. My experience was a good one. Thank you for being a reliable resource with my prescription questions!

Most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a CVS. Terrible customer service. Condescending staff. And there is ALWAYS a line. I went to the counter to purchase some mixed nuts and was told by the cashier that the nuts I wanted were only one sale if I buy 2. That's not what I read, but, I could have misread the label. O.K. So I go back to get some cheaper nuts. I look very closely and sure enough the nuts are NOT on a "buy 2" sale. There were just on sale. I go back to the same cashier and start saying that these are on sale when I am rudely cut off by the cashier who says in a sharp, condescending voice: "I want you to understand how this works. You must buy two get the sales price, blah blah blah." No, dude. You just made an ass of yourself. Sure enough he rang it up and I was right.

This location has made vast improvements over the years, but still has a ways to go. I go here because it's their 24-hour location, and it's less fuss to not be constrained by times. Also, because they apparently do not or cannot share sales history with their other locations, I prefer to keep all my prescriptions in one place to make it easier for flex-spend reimbursements. A few years ago, there were times the pharmacy was closed at night due to staffing issues. Those days are thankfully long gone. Lines for the pharmacy are sooooo hit and miss. Sometimes your in and out, and other times, you're essentially camping. Staff at the front are always very helpful. They often do not have enough staff at the regular (non self) checkout lines. Parking can also be "fun" at certain times. Things I don't like I about pretty much all CVS locations & CVS in general: (1) They still do not accept ApplePay (2) The store interiors are just so drab, blah, etc. It just accelerates the desire to get out of there as quickly as humanly possible (3) Their iPad app is hideous. The complete opposite of their iPhone app. (4) They do not have WiFi. Normally I don't care about WiFi, as long as my cellular service works, but for some reason, especially toward the rear of the store, AT&T has trouble with the signal. It's fine, actually very strong outside, so it's purely a building materials issue. Things I do like about CVS: (1) Refills are a breeze with their app and their text messaging (2) Text messaging for all notifications is great (3) iPhone app is very useful for refills, could use some work on the shopping side Since they took over Target's prescriptions, I simply wish Target would go 24-hours, then it would be one less store to have to frequent.
