I was so excited when CVS came to Benton. Unfortunately this location leaves so much to be desired. I have problems every time I go to pick up my prescriptions. I get texts saying they are ready, only to get there and be told no, they are on hold and still need to be filled, or they have randomly changed my 1 month refill to a 3 month refill. I asked for my meds to be taken off ready refill, they were still being filled automatically. One time, the wrong labels were on the bottles. The afternoon pharmacy staff is rude. I have hoped for months that things would get better the longer they were open, that the kinks would work themselves out. Sadly, that has not been the case at all.

On Wed, Nov 30 at 8:52 PM.  I was 2nd in line at window. I became 1st in line at 8:59. I saw one lady there on the phone. We sat there at the window til 
9:07 while she was still on the phone. There was a man inside waiting who had been behind us in drive thru but he backed up, drove to the front & went inside. When we left the worker was still on the phone, man still waiting.
 No other employee was seen.
NOT GOOD!!
