Very disorganised. The head pharmacists ran around with one of the customer service representatives to find my son's medication for 10minutes! The guy kept apologizing and the manager of pharmacy never came to say anything. Then, she said to the rep. "We need her insurance card". I just was there last week and gave them the card mind you she yells this to him across the room. Then she says "I can do it, but she will have to pay cash" since I didn't have the card on me this time. This is the same manager (female with blonde hair and glasses) that have people on the speaker phone giving their name and date of birth so everyone hears throughout the store so unprofessional and now they are losing customer's information like insurance card. I'm going over to the new pharmacy by Wawa a on Larchmont since I've heard great things about this location. CVS pharmacy has went down hill and the manager customer service was very poor.

Very inefficient. Horrible wait time and service. Nothing worse than being sick and having to wait over an hour to get your prescription.

This is the WORST CVS I have ever been in. I was treated VERY RUDELY they are also so inefficient and slow. This location is across the highway from my home. Today was the last time I will ever go into this location. I will drive to another location. What an embarrassment for the CVS corporation.

Horrible experience. It took 20 minutes just to drop a prescription off and another 40 to get my prescription. Not the first time I have had a bad experience here.

Open 24 hours and has a wide selection of merchandise. It is conveniently located on a major highway, with ample parking.
