Would post zero stars if I could. They are just after your money with no help or brand/company loyalty. They do not care about there customers and are just after making a quick dollar. I bought a $2000 refrigerator two years ago with-in a year and a week owning it, it broke. I called Sears hoping they would help me out and cut me some slack, but I was sadly mistaken. They charged me about $300 to fix my fridge and it was just a week after the warranty expired. Now, a little less than a year later, the same refrigerator is broken in the same spot that was fixed less than a year ago! I think it's some kind of factory problem, but Sears doesn't care. They are charging me $150 just for a man to come out and look at it, then I will have to probably pay another $300 for it to be fixed again. They are just out to empty your pockets.

THEY GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR A PROBLEM I HAD WITH A PODUCT I HAD BOUGHT THERE . THEY TELD ME TO GO HERE SO I DID THET THEN I GET TO THE OTHER PLACE THEY TELL ME WE DONT DO THAT HERE . I am just get upset I don’t want to be nasty about it trying to be I good customers.I SPEND IN THIS PRODUCT 800.00 is not working any one out ther can help me out how to go about this thank you

To me Sears is awesome !! Always have sales. As soon as you walk in the door the sales strike a magnet drawing you in. Definitely recommend

Land's End section is my primary reason for going there and recently it reeked of perfume so bad that I couldn't even browse. Either someone left a horrible trail, the cashier reeked, or someone had broken a bottle of cheap disgusting perfume in the area! Usually it is not like that, so maybe I went on a bad day but it was huge turnoff to shopping there.
