This cvs pharmacy needs a whole lot of improvement when it comes to customer service. The heavy set woman ( pharmacist or tech ) behind the counter was very rude and I wasn't even dealing with her. She just interrupted my conversation with the cashier and condescendingly remarked something I didn't comprehend. CVS, better screen your employees better to deal with customers. The manager told me that he will talk to her. I switched pharmacies to Walgreens.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I WENT AT NIGHT ON 11/27/17...THE TWO INDIAN CASHIERS STANDING TOGETHER DIDNT KNEW HOW TO CHARGE THE WIC COUPONS.AND REFUSED TO TAKE IT..AND INSISTED ON BUYING 2 BUT THE COUPON SAID 3...HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO THE CVS HEADQUARTERS TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED..WILL NOT GO AGAIN AT ALL..

Everything was great. I only went here because it is basically a two minute walk from my house but ended up having a positive experience as the prices were cheap. I've went multiple times after this and had great experiences except for one time when there was a big line with only one worker on the register.

The Minute Clinic staff is excellent.  Went there to get sutures out, because, believe it or not, my internist doesn't remove stitches.  The whole procedure took just a few minutes and was carefully done and painless.   Have referred this location to friends.
