Long line to pick up a prescription. When It is finally my turn, they tell me my prescription is at the Dundee store. I ask them to confirm because I don’t see how the Dr would make that mistake. They confirm. They
tell me to not worry, it’s not that far. I drive to the Dundee store. Nope, the prescription is where it was supposed to be, at the store at the corner of Buffalo Grove Rd and Lake Cook. Dundee called the other pharmacy to confirm. I finally got the prescription, on the third attempt, after wasting an hour driving around and standing in very long lines.

Two stars and not one because I have been using this store for many years. They rarely mess up. But today they did, big time, and they are not even apologetic about it. The lady at the counter explained that they pulled the wrong name the first time around. No one said sorry. They messed up. So what.
