I've noticed a trend of negative reviews towards the pharmacy at this CVS, now I understand why. All my past visits have been in person so I haven't had any issues with the staff until today. On my last visit, my medication was not in stock, I was advised to call before coming in person to verify if my medication was in stock, saving me a trip. I called today to ask if my particular medication was in stock, a rude Hispanic lady kept telling that the only way she will tell me if my medication was in stock was if she had my prescription. So I have to leave work, drive to the CVS with my prescription and show it to her in person, JUST to find out if they have it or not ? I let her know that a staff member instructed me to call and verify, she didn't bother to ask anyone around her for help or guidance on the matter, seemed like too much work so she put me on hold for 10 minutes. I wasn't even able to find out if there was some misunderstanding on my part or her's because I'm Hispanic and I would of happily spoken to her in Spanish if that were to have made things easier, but instead she transferred me. Finally, a knowledgeable staff member helped me out quickly and professionally which is the only reason why this is not a 1 star review.

Pharmacist's Frank from store across Burlington on US1 is harassing his employees in every which way. Poor judgement of topics that should not be discussed in a work environment. Not only to employees but customers as well. Customers are appalled by his lack of ethics and lack of professionalism and the way he yells at his employees is absurd. CVS is a no tollerance work place and I have read their manuals online. Is it possible he has not read the manuals himself . Not good for business or CVS reputation. People Matter!!!!!!!!!!

Called on the 12/28/17 to leave a prescription for a patient, was on hold for 25 min, when finally some one answered the phone, I complained about the waiting time and the answer was to put me on hold forever, it was around 5: 45 pm, and was a male person, horrible experience as a Doctor, do not recommend at all employee name Fabricio

Horrible service. The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. How on Earth am I having to explain to pharmacy techs that their own company has developed an epinephrine injectable and they were completely clueless and told me it did not exist. I had to google it to show even the manager. Then after blowing me off to help other customers several times he came back to me 30 minutes later to say he can order it from another store and have it here in a few days. This whole mess is after a week of me and my children's pediatrician contacting them re the scripts which they swore they never received. Unprofessional, clueless, I would not be surprised if one day a patient has a medical emergency due to their negligence.
