I've been to this fedex location numerous times and the staff has always been efficient and courteous. The store itself is very clean and pleasant. Yes, I find the items for sale there to be a bit overpriced  (this is a full service center), however, to those people who are saying it's a rip off, I'd like to point out that no one is holding a gun to your head to make you buy anything. As for their shipping prices? They're slightly higher than USPS. I suppose you have to weigh the importance of convenience over saving a few dollars. All in all, it's a pleasant place and usually you can get in and out fairly quickly. Unlike the post office, it's open till 9pm and unlike UPS it's conveniently located.

This office didn't accept my box supposedly because it was not in good condition. The box was completely fine, old looking yes but it was a very sturdy used box, taped very well.

Literally this person working here didn't think so. They Just wanted to sell me a new box for $18, really? A box the size of a desktop pc for 18?

Great experience! Despite losing power twice last Thursday, they still managed to get my order done - even staying a little late with me to make sure it got done for my presentation in the morning. Thank you!

The fact that they aren't set up to deal with Mac computers or any media generated by Mac is absolutely absurd in 2017.
