I get all of my prescriptions here, and have for 20 years (before it was CVS). In the pharmacy, they are very friendly and usually know my name. They explain everything you need to know. In the regular store part, they are very friendly. They always say hello and ask if you need help. Also, the store is always clean.

The pharmacy staff at the Godfrey, IL site are not just unfriendly, they are outright RUDE! I haven't been to this pharmacy in years. Thinking things may have changed in that time. I thought I would give it another try. Was I wrong! It would be different if it were only one maybe two of the staff but not there. I think it's a requirement of the CVS corporation to be a jerk before they hire you to work in the pharmacy. After this prescription is done, so will I. Would certainly not recommend the Godfrey, IL site.

The pharmacy is extremely incompetent. Text messages are sent saying scripts are filled when they have not been. Then you are left waiting for an hour while they look for an order that they have not even bothered to fill only to be told that they will get to it within the next few days. Not what one would expect.

CVS is awful. Scripts are never done on time and never ask for a rush if you really need something. They don't care. Same goes for the location in Alton.
