I have been using this location as my pharmacy for years considering it is so close to my home and every month that I go in to pick up my prescription there seems to be a problem. Every member of the staff over in the pharmacy department is extremely rude and unwilling to help. It seems as though they give you inaccurate information to move you through the line as quickly as possible be it in store or over the phone. Not to mention they will leave you on hold for 10+ minutes and answer with an attitude. They are extremely impatient and rude and I have finally decided that good customer service is worth driving the extra miles. If you can avoid definitely do so.

 Would give zero stars if possible due to their incompetence.

I came in after I called; I was told that my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. It took me 30 to get there. The line was really long because only one register was open. I finally make it to the front of the line when I am told my prescription is not ready and would not be there until tomorrow. That's a surprise since I was told it would be ready in minutes. Then another worker comes over and says that they do have the medicine in stock, and the lady helping me looked unhappy... Then she leaves because her shift ended without letting me know, and no one else continues to fill my order. Then I am told that their machines have froze and they are having a hard time filling my order. I have been here almost 45 minutes.  This is very unappealing for a pharmacy and some of its workers.

OK place to go for a last minute necessity. Prices too high for day to day stables like bread, milk or other groceries. But I guess that is the price you pay for convenience.

I called the pharmacy to see if my wife could pick up my prescription for me and the lady was so rude.  Practically yelling at me that she could not hear me or understand me.  Told me to stop mumbling. My phone works fine and I don't mumble.  I have no idea what's wrong with these people.

This is the   Worst place you can possibly get your prescription filled. First the pharmacist are very rude they do not give adequate information about medication taken. Second the staff is very rude
