Every time I go to this t mobile they always give me the wrong info. Will never go to this one again. Wanted to add a line and get the deal for the note 8 and they gave me wrong info saying I had to change numbers for my existing lines and keep one of my old numbers for the new line. The assistant manager is also very rude and hung up on me they all need to take a customer service class. Will be going to the Lakewood mall to get better customer service

As soon as I walked in I was helped by a young gentleman. I needed a new phone and he was able to get me the one I wanted, he fortunately applied some credit I had on my account so it saved me some money toward the taxes and only had to pay 11.00 dollars for the galaxy s6, easy to talk to and he answered all my questions. Great customer service at this location. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name to give him the credit he deserves.

Today Sept 27th about 2:35pm I went in this T-Mobile store, I was the third one in line waiting to purchase a new sim card, the T-Mobile rep the skinny blond girl with a clip board taking names she got the first lady, the second lady I'm suppose to be next then she passed me and get the other guy and the rest of them and then went back to her desk, just like I'm invisible didn't see me at all, that's bad service.... Never go back there again, it's gonna be my first and my last...
