I was looking at the battery packs near the registers. Sat there for a while online review hunting so I wouldn't end up with a poor quality piece of tech. When one of the employees came up to me and (noticing what items I was focusing on) showed me the other spot in the store where they had a few other models. 
That was really great customer service. He didn't waste time asking me what I was looking at (he could see that) He was polite, friendly, and helpful.

The worst they lost my pictures. Talked to the manager three times. Never contacted me back  as he said he would about what happened to them and now three weeks later they still don't know where they are
