The customer service is fantastic! They really care about their customers and always think of best serving the interests of the customers. I was so impressed. The pharmacist is very professional and knowledgable. I need a compound and all the other pharmacies I went to either charge me a hell amount of money or cannot fill it. They did it with minimal cost to me. I certainly will recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I chose it also after I read very good reviews of it.

The pharmacists went above and beyond to help me with a last minute prescription problem. They were the most knowledgeable and personable pharmacists I've worked with. I will definitely be back!

I don't think I can say enough good things about the experiences I have had with Tschiffely's.  Particularly when I compare the experience of going to the large corporate stores, like CVS.  Over the past 5+ years, I have had a number of health issues - seen at least 20 different specialists, had so many diagnostic tests that I worry about the long-term impact of so many MRIs and CT scans, had brain surgery, and a litany of other attempts to get back to a "normal" life.  

One of the single most FRUSTRATING things of these past years has been dealing with my health insurance providers, and while I get that they have spent more than 1/4 $M on me in the past year alone, the changes they try to implement have caused me headaches beyond belief.

In addition to being kind, non-judgmental, and incredibly knowledgeable, Steve in particular has been and is now someone I consider a key player on my healthcare team.  He has made recommendations for medications to my equally kind and knowledgeable doctors - who were impressed with his suggestions.  Additionally, he is a master at dealing with the insurance companies - he always seems to figure something out that will work with the ever-changing rules and restrictions they impose to save a buck.

The entire staff has also been just as kind and helpful.  Please know that I truly appreciate it - and you have certainly gained a customer for life.  I always try to remember to pick up anything I need while I am in the store.

My sincere and heartfelt thanks to you, Steve, and the entire staff!

They are the best! Very respectful, kind, and helpful to every customer. I've been going there once a month for a number of years and they always remember my name. I highly recommend them.

I will not give any ratings to this sorry  excuse for an establishment. This reason i gave one star is because i couldn't post my review without it . My poor daughter who is 18yo college student was yelled @ literally by the owner of the establishment Steve, who I heard yelling @ her over the phone. Who in turn hung up the phone on me when I tried to resolve the insurance issue with him. My poor daughter was in tears and very devasted  after leaving this establishment.I believe that my daughter was racially discrimated against. I guess because he was the "OWNER AND PRESIDENT" as he stated he had the right to be so unprofessional. I'll give this establishment 10 thumbs down. GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO CVS OR WALGREENS instead.
