Personally, I believe from experience, this store is one of the poorest managed and run in the entire CVS network and certainly the poorest in LaGrange, GA. I went in to pick up a prescription Friday, 9/10/16 about 6:00 p.m. The store literally was empty of customers. I went to the pharmacy area, there were no customers waiting in line. I immediately thought, great, expecting it would be a fast checkout. Not so at all. After waiting for 5 minutes and the only person standing in line, a cashier (Cashier # 7) came up to one of the registers I headed to that register. I gave her the name and the date of birth, she asked for the name and birthdate 5 times, which I gave her clearly and slowly speaking each time, and after 5 times becoming annoyed. She then moved to another register and asked me to come over to the other register, which I did. She retrieves the prescription and came back to continue checking me out. Another customer came in behind me and while helping me, she greeted the person behind me, stopped my transaction, and asked if they were dropping off or picking up, the customer said dropping off, the cashier put my prescription down on the counter, left me and told the customer behind me they should go to another window. After returning to me, again asked me the name, and date of birth for a sixth time. I was then checked out. This was a bad a experience for me. As she handed me the prescription and receipt she said "have a nice day." I am old, however my time has value also, taking almost 20 minutes, for checkout when I am basically the only customer is unreasonable. I patronize this store regularly, and am currently trying to determine how I can avoid returning. I have had other issues with this store before, and it continues to be a litany of poor experiences.

It's nice to have a 24 hr pharmacy. The parking lot is well lighted to feel safe at night.

Terrible service. There is an old decrepit lady working there who has the worst attitude. I asked her where I could find something and her reply was, "look at the signs, thats why they're there." It was not a pleasant experience and I will not be going back.
