Extremely rude costumer service. Came in very sick today with a friend to get medicine and cough drops and cashier gave me a very hard time about buying medicine because my friend did not have her I.D with her... then proceeded to lecture my friend on how "she should carry her I.D at all times." Then after all of that asked me if I still wanted to buy the cough drops... HA no. I will take my business somewhere else. Wish I could rate this store 0 stars, do not go here.

I transferred from the Carrollton Wal greens- which was AMAZING. This one, on Vernon is HORRIBLE. The customer service is horrible, everyone that has ever waited on me has been rude and impatient. I have an autoimmune disease and get several medications and try to space them out so they are not so costly. They want me to have them filled all at one time. One is a narcotic and is SUPPOSED to come in an UNOPENED SEALED container. I have received it TWICE with the seal broken and opened. My doctor sent a new prescription to be filled and they would not fill it because it was to soon from the last one. It was Wal greens policy. OBVIOUSLY the last one didn't work. Needless to say.... i will be changing pharmacies, i wish i could go back to carrollton, they were awesome. And last but not least they are very slow.

Well organized and very clean. Friendly staff. Prices are a little high unless you come during a sale.

I normally shop in Walgreen twice a week. Today's experience was very unexpected. The clerk at the cash register where I was waiting to check out was more interested in being in a store meeting that was taking place at the other register. She kept saying that someone else could check me out because she needed to be at the meeting. She did not try to finish the customer she was waiting on.She kept watching the meeting and saying she needed to be over there.Since she needed to be at the meeting I pushed my shopping cart to the side and said don't let me stop you from going to the meeting. This experience has taught me to BEWARE of Walgreen store meetings. You will have trouble getting waited on.

Pharmacist was very RUDE!!! She really needs to learn patient confidentiality!!! I was so embarrassed that I will never come back to this Walgreens!!!!
