I came to CVS Minute Clinic store# 2108 on 1-24-18 because I thought I had the flu as well as my right ear had started to hurt. I was tested for the flu, thankfully I did not have it. However, the doctor barely looked in my ears and dismissed my concerns of pain I expressed I was having in my ears. I paid my $30 copay and left. My ear pain increased throughout the day and my ear started swelling, and my fever didn't go away. I woke up very early on 1-25-18 in extreme pain, so much so I was in tears. I went to the CVS Minute Clinic store# 2841. That doctor looked in my ears and said I had an ear infection, and prescribed ear drops. She said the drops were a combination of antibiotics, anti inflammatory, and numbing, and would provide relief. I paid my $30 copay, and $20 for the drops. I got two doses of the drops in, but my ear had no relief what so ever. I lost hearing in my right ear later on that day, and the swelling got even worse. I ended up going to the ER very late that night. After examining my ear, the ER doctor said she wasn't sure why I was given drops as my ear infection was so severe, they wouldn't help. She prescribed antibiotic pills, which I got filled as soon as I left. I ended up going to the ER again two days later, and was prescribed a different RX drops to supplement the oral antibiotics. I am convinced I was misdiagnosed, Both times I went to both stores, 2108 and 2841. Had the Doctor at 2108 actually listened to me and my concerns, I could have had the proper treatment then. Since she didn't and I had to go to 2841, had that doctor listened and prescribed pills, perhaps I wouldn't have ended up at the ER, twice. Not only did I spend a combined $80 between both copays and the RX drops at CVS, but I missed a whole week of work, as well as my copay to the ER, and then those RX pills and drops. I called the Minute Clinic corporate office on 1-30-18 to file a complaint. I was on the phone for almost 15 minutes. The lady I spoke to assured me someone would be calling me within 24-48 hours to address my concerns, and request of a refund. No one called me, so I called back today to follow up. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes before even getting to speak to someone, the representative I spoke to said she couldn't find my complaint on file. After spending a total of 31 minutes on the phone with her, re-telling my whole story, she said she's going to forward this to the Senior Practice Manager at that store (I'm assuming store 2108??). She also stated that not only could it take up to a week to possibly hear from someone, they might not even call me, depending on "their" decision. At this point, needless to say, I am very very upset. Not only was I misdiagnosed twice, but then they lose my complaint??? I have gone to the Minute Clinic several times in the past, and I've always been fairly happy. I have been using CVS as my primary pharmacy for about 5 years now. I cannot believe how I was treated, and then forgotten about. I am posting this on both location's reviews for obvious reasons.

This CVS is better than another I used to go to. Large pharmacy and fast. Everyone I encountered that worked there was friendly and helpful. I'm happy they have a drive-thru! I can't wait to use it!

I was getting some chocolate candy and this Lady at register by the Name of Latoya was very rude she doesn't say hello nor thank you. She keep leaning to the register and my receipts got stock and she didn't give me all my receipts threw away half of my coupons. I ask her politely to reprint my coupon and rudely answer hold on and paged the Manager.
