Price are incorrect for items. 
Items and price don’t match at check out register. 
Once you bring a issue to employee you will definitely get a rude responsed from manager and employees.
Not very friendly and not helpful at all. Customer are last in there list!! It’s sad!!!

Unpleasant, unhelpful and always in a bad mood manager.  Not much to say about the rest, since the manager's way to address me scared me away.  Going back to my other Hilliard CVS..

They didn’t know how to help me with what I needed, they made me wait for a long time, the manager came out to “help” but then he left, & they just didn’t know what they were doing.

I have never been compelled to write a review about a pharmacy experience until today. My visit was a first through their pharmacy and they made it the worst, and here is why. From the moment I stepped to the drop off counter, there was no line. Three people behind the counter and they make no knowledge about my obvious arrival. No problems with in the middle of things, but at least let your customers know you care they have arrived. Pharmacist Anthony Bursic comes over to the counter with no eye contact and says "can I help you", as if I was cutting into what he was doing. It was the first time I had been to the store as I said, so he had to input all the new information which could be obviously observed to be an inconvenience to him and his staff behind the counter. 

He asked for my medical card, which is highly reputable, and could not find certain things in the computer for first time visit data entry. He asked the young female that was helping him fill scripts when I arrived waiting, and she began making facial expressions behind his back that my needs were nothing but a bother to her as well. It was the worst thing that could ever happen on a pharmacy visit. Long wait, no line, with attitudes behind the counter. So once he finds what he needed in the computer he totally walks away and says "it'll be a bit." Seriously? Do they just hand out pharmacist white coats to anyone anymore? There was no line, and not once did he ask me if I had any questions about the medication as a pharmacist should naturally. He went right back to where the younger girl was in her white coat that was making the facial expressions and both continued being impersonal. They did not even once make eye contact on the ENTIRE visit. It was so over the top terrible and I'll be making my drive to my normal pharmacy forever now. I couldn't believe it, and it made me appreciate my Pharmacy SO much more. Needless to say, I will never in my life pull into a CVS parking lot again. 
SERIOUSLY need to make adjustments back there immediately management if you want new business. Truly the most unprofessional people I have ever met in the medical field.
