Terrible experience in the pharmacy. The techs are incompetent and have really bad attitudes. I've never had to deal with such horrid people. Unhelpful and they do not know what it means to have customer service . I would give zero stars if I could. The other employees outside the pharmacy are amazing and helpful.

I hate that I am greeted every time I walk in the door and offered help.  I know that sounds ridiculous but it isn't genuine.  The cashier is usually busy helping someone else.  Plus, half the time I am in a hurry and I would have to stop to listen to the entire greeting.  Then, when you get up to the cashier to pay, she asks if you found everything okay.  Once, I said no, you don't have x, y, or z.  She just went on with ringing me up, as if her training stopped after the question.  Plus, all these bucks you earn, I can never find them to use them.  They aren't on the app as far as I can tell.  And, their paper receipts go on for days.  Now, the receipts are emailed to me along with these bucks but I never see them.  And, they rearrange things too often.

We visited 3 times a day ( 2PM, 6PM and finally we get  it around 9:30) to pick up the my daughter's medicine  on Dec. 31 2017.
This drug store service really nightmare.
That’s why I hate merge big chain stores

this place has no order rude managing staff that can't handle their customers when there's starting to build a line. the store can't even designate a start of the line area. i saw people just get skipped because the rude manager didn't bother on going in order

Would not look at my 13 month old sons ears to see if he had an ear infection. Refused to simply pick up the tool and even look at my sons ears.
