I feel really bad for the employees here, they all seem miserable and keep to themselves. They have good deals now and again, and we love their dry goods and deli selection. Some of the fruit was rotting last time we were there. Mixed feelings about this location.

I purchased the large breast chicken this evening at La Canada Sprouts. I got to home in ten minutes, immediately I opened the chicken package. Then, strong rotten order came out and the chicken was very slimy!!!!! I noticed I got the rotten chicken. I put it back to the original package right away and drove back to the store. I asked for the manager and I explained about the chicken but he didn’t even check the chicken. I was totally OMG! I conclude and confirmed that La Canada Sprouts store poultry department has very low quality control. I just want to warm people when you buy chicken to be v cautious; if you smell strong order and slimy texture is the sign of the rotten meat. If you eat, you would end up in an emergency.

My favorite Farmers Market in the bay area! Plus you can have breakfast or lunch before or after, which is awesome. Love the location, the vendors and everything about it. So much fresh fruits and veggies to try too. When the sun is out, its incredible. Great way to start off your Saturday. Come early for the best selections of veggies and fruits!

Very inconsistent service. I was standing in one aisle looking for an item and a nice employee stopped to offer assistance. Thumbs up. When I went to check out, I was standing in an aisle and an employee opened up another aisle, looked at me and said come on over. When I had unloaded a majority of my groceries, the employee then said its 15 items or less, so I can't take you. Really? Just ring me through. So I had to load it all back in the cart and go back to my original line where I'd lost my place. The employee in that line looked completely like she wanted to avoid me at all costs. So when I had gotten through I asked if she posted my coupons, to which I got the eye roll and she then let me know how much trouble this was going to be. I'm surprised she didn't let me know how much her schedule at the grocery store sucks. I like Sprouts products and selection, but unfortunately, consistent service is not something they are able to offer.
