Store is in convenient location, well-organized and clean and tidy. Pharmacy area is bustling, but not very organized. No specified line, so people tend to come from different aisles or congregate around counter. This was my first visit. MD office had called / faxed my Rx at least 40 minutes before my arrival. I waited in line and gave my name. Not ready; told it would be at least another 10 min. Was never asked for my CVS card or whether I had been there before. After nearly 20 min., name was called & I handed the Pharmacy Tech my CVS Rx card. She looked at it in disgust and told me it would need to be redone and would take another 10 minutes. It was again longer! No apology for the delay, despite my own for not knowing I had to present it upon arrival!

Pharmacy is an absolute mess!!! I have been multiple times to the pharmacy and each time is a total nightmare. I was waiting for my prescription (which was called in and ready) for 40 minutes.. the lady behind the counter straight up started crying because she was so flustered. When I went to the manager to tell her that the pharmacy needed help, she was completely useless. This pharmacy needs some serious help.

Pharmacy staff has pathetic customer service and when requested to have the prescription transferred was given an attitude by the employee. Would not be coming back.

Went there to the minute clinic for a bad cold.The waiting time was good and the doctor was nice but she denied to give out z pack for my cold which i had body aches and weakness, I think it was the flu.she said she don't give out z packs and just take OTC meds.I went to get a second opinion at Hockessin DE at Lantana Square and they gave me a z pack which that really helped.I don't recommend going here at cvs for this.
