Was put on hold before finding out the reason I called and never taken off for just a simple question regarding an over the counter product. The automatic phone system is also the worst system I've ever encountered.

I had tried at several different stores to get an acceptable passport picture taken. The government kept denying them for one reason or another. Finally came into Walgreens and a young man helped me get an accepted one!!
