I visit this store at least once a week. I always find good deals. The people who work here are very helpful and friendly. If you get the app and download the coupons and get the reward card you will get some awesome deals. I’m so glad we have a CVS in Wausau!

I see that I'm not the only one who GETS FOLLOWED VERY CLOSELY by the creepy store manager! EVERY time I go in to CVS and he's there, HE FOLLOWS ME EVERY STEP I TAKE, pretending to be adjusting items on the shelves. I have actually went in with my boyfriend and recorded this for over an hour! He ONLY FOLLOWED ME and NOT MY BOYFRIEND who for these reasons, made it a point to act suspicious and out of line. But the store manager paid NO ATTENTION to him and CONTINUED TO VERY CLOSELY FOLLOWS ME! from those I've talked to, this man only follows females. I mean it is pathetic and just out of line. I use to spend an embarrassing amount of money on junk at cvs, and because of him, I go to walgreens. I only stopped here today cause I have yet to change my son's prescriptions over to Walgreens pharmacy. And after being followed the entire time by the creepy store manager, it's a swift reminder of why I stopped shopping at cvs! Oh yes, I'm so upset n bothered that Im in the parking lot and decided to walk up and get this managers name...Robert Halicki...lan how to properly prevent theft, not scare away customers!!!

The Pharmacist Wendy either had a tough day and I was the straw that broke the camel's back, or her disposition is just this way. In a desperate attempt to refill thyroid medication and rejected because the refill bottle came from a different pharmacy that was closed she was unsympathetic, confrontational, and snotty. I equally responded snotty which was wrong and left upset! Obviously my hormones are out of control and all it took was her unfriendly tone to unleash the beast. Could have went down a lot differently if she would have tried to be more helpful than out to prove she is right.

I'm a Walgreen's girl, but wanted to check out this new CVS location. Completely unimpressed. Terrible layout, felt kind of like a warehouse, abandoned. Dislike the angled rows. Prices were nothing special. Never returned, and don't plan to.

My experience at this store is very unsettling for me to even speak about on the internet. There is a man named bob who claims to be the "store manager", he is an anti customer prevention agent of you ask me! He followed me around and made me uncomfortable me being a victim of rape have a fear of men, they should hire some transgendered folk instead of old creeps who wink at customers. Shop at Walgreens!!!
