I have been a long time CVS customer.  However,  one of the pharmacists there is not helpful at all and is really quite rude.  When concerned about the availability of one of my drugs, I called and he said it was in "restricted" supply and was unsure if it could be obtained.  He didn't offer to call on my behalf and let me know if they could get it.  Had he done so, I would have been quite satisfied.  Called another pharmacy close to them and they said they could get the drug and would be glad to do so.
The "new" pharmacy had a most accommodating attitude and I am glad to have switched.

This is a nice place to shop. They always have competitive prices and the customer service is excellent.

I used to get Rx from Walgreens. I would call while driving from other side of town and in 30 min I would get to the store, wait in line for 10-15 and still no one had answered! 
They choose not to hire enough people to adequately handle the number of customers.
I was on auto refill and every time I would run out of refills they never called doc to get refills.
Since changing to CVS I’ve never had to wait for a refill. They don’t have long lines at the drive through or inside. At Walgreens I was treated like a drug addict when I had to get pain meds refilled. My doc would change amount I took and WALGREENS would make me wait to get refills. CVS knows me and knows I never took more meds than prescribed. 
Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I would recommend CVS to anyone wanting adequate care and customer service.

This CVS has one main problem with it, and that is why I knocked off two stars. That problem is a particular employee who is extremely rude and unfriendly. As far as I am aware the other employees have generally been okay.
