I do not recamend going to this location unless you want to to be so upset you can't see straight. The people in the pharmacy cut you off after they ask you a question and if you call they hang up on you. Truly awful experience every time I have dealt with them.

The store manager at this store moved here from N Main St. & Westbrook Rd. She is absolutely pathetic. She brought with her, her puppets Ryan (assistant manager with a fetish for building steroidal muscles and Brenda, a slow moving lady that is best friends with the store manager) The actual manager is a brunette woman with glasses in her late 50s frowns upon people that use coupons. She asks you where you obtained them and then follows up with the interrogation on whether they are even valid. First of all, if we wanted to steal the item...we would have already been out the front door. She was not even helping me at the register, but she still had to interfere with her other employee to put her two cents in. Last year I called corporate on her because she flat out told me that YOU are the reason why CVS is about to stop accepting manufacturer coupons after I redeemed a free Schick razor coupon that was sent to me. (Required shift (manager) approval to redeem) Its unfortunate the market manager didnt do anything about her menopausal attitude after my complaint. Next time I show up at her store, I will be wearing a hidden camera so she can be caught on camera being a B**** and I will for once get this CVS to be ran by somebody else that cares about the very customers that fund your paycheck.

My favorite store and pharmacy in Trotwood. They care about their customers!

Nice store with helpful employees but they don't always follow the posted store hours. It's very annoying. I have gone.there several times when they were supposed to be open until 9pm but we're closed at or before 8 pm
