I ended up switching to Hy-Vee due to the poor service at the pharmacy here. On many of my visits, I was the only person in line, but had to stand at the counter a few minutes for one of the five pharmacy techs to acknowledge me. For some reason, they were often not able to give me a three-month supply of my medication at a time while every other pharmacy before had been able to do that. Additionally, they rarely had the generic that was covered by my insurance, and they told me they couldn't order it, since they already had a comparable generic in stock, so for multiple months, I had to pay 80 bucks out of pocket. The last straw was when I went in and a pharmacy tech was having issues getting my insurance to go through because, as I told her, it only covered one of the generics. The pharmacy tech and the grouchy pharmacist discussed my medication and insurance across the room in very loud voices. Anybody in the store standing within proximity of the pharmacy could hear my confidential information. The pharmacist seemed annoyed at the pharmacy tech's questions and answered them in a loud, harsh way. I have not been back since. Since switching to Hyvee, I've not had any issues. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

Can generally find what your looking for, but usually off brands. Store always seems kind of dirty and not well organized.
