Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They always take the time to do a proper assessment of how you run to make sure you get the right shoes. They also put on a ton of local running activities like group runs and training teams. The Runner's Flat is a huge reason the running community in the Cedar Valley is so tight knit and special.

Stopped in to grab some shorts and all of the employees were too busy talking to their buddy to even say hi to me, or offer help. What a waste of time... it’s a wonder how they’ve stayed open this long.

Amazing product knowledge and customer service. The Runners Flat does an amazing job supporting the healthy community in the Cedar Valley. Without them, I would be sitting on the couch instead of being in the best shape of my life. All skills and abilities.

These guys are AWESOME.  I have never considered myself a runner.  I would do 3-4 miles and achy feet would stop me there.  At the suggestion of a friend, I finally went in for a fitting.  They did the treadmill gait evaluation, put me in some stability shoes, and I've never looked back.  Since getting fitted, I have ran 7 half marathons and have number 8 planned for this year.  A quality, well fitting pair of running shoes is INVALUABLE.  Now I'm the friend that is referring everyone to this store!  They also have great, friendly customer service.
