Of the 8+ people who work at the pharmacy at this location, not one of them can figure out how to fill a prescription. Every time I go to pick up my prescription even hours after I get the call that it is ready, it "gets lost" and I have to wait another hour for them to simply put a medicine bottle in a bag. They are extremely rude and ignorant, and one woman even told me I had to pay full price for my prescription because my insurance was terminated when that was not the case. Everyone in my family has had similar issues, and every time I have to wait I see tons of other people with the same issues. Absolutely ridiculous and they are completely unapologetic.

Signed in to get my flu shot.  Was told to come back in one hour due to others ahead of me.  Came back and waited for my turn.  Once inside the office I was told they were out of the vaccine.   Would have been nice to have been told in the first place.

This is where we get our pharmacies -- so much better than the Giant in the Kentlands.  The service here is fast and there is a nice disposition from the pharmacists who work here.  In particular the drive through window is a great option.  The prescribed medicine seems cheaper here than Giant.

Also, they do have a medical professional for urgent care type stuff.

Overall, great place for pharmacy stuff.

Awful customer service. They tell me my script is not ready and to wait a few minutes. I wait patiently for 45 minutes. Suddenly they notice me waiting and ask me my name. Surprisingly my script is ready, and, funny, had been ready moments after I had arrived.  Thanks for rewarding your customer's polite patience by wasting their time so carelessly. 

We're going to find a different pharmacy despite the convenient location of this one.
