Kohl's has great discounts. Things are on sale so much they could just leave the discounted price on the tag, but I love getting up to the register and seeing that I spent $75 and saved $140! The store can be a little disorganized at times, but I consistently find things that I love there so it's not enough to keep me away.

I placed an order online to pick it up in-store in the Gaithersburg, MD location. When I came to the store, I came to the Customer Service. As in any other Kohl’s store they have big sign in Customer Service showing: ‘Customer Service, Returns and Checkouts’ line to the right and ‘Online Pickup’ line to the left. There was a long line with customers returning merchandises and no one picking up online orders. Salesperson with name ‘Cedric’, told me that I have to stay in the same long line. I point him to the sign separating lines for returning and picking up customers. Even there was two customer service representatives behind the counter, he told me that I have to stay in the same line with returning merchandises. I ask him to call the store manager. He call someone on his intercom, but manager never show up. I ask for manager name, and I was given name ‘Chauncey’ for the store manager at the time I was in store. To me it seems like this store overwriting corporate policies and making their own rules. I will never going to use this store again.

Great selection of clothes at reasonable prices with frequent deals

Although Kohl's is affordable when the sales are on, it becomes somehow expensive either when you don't get discounts or you don't get what you're looking for. Everything is the same year after year. It is boring to see same clothes and designs all year round
