Rude rude rude people especially the pharmacist!!! Which I had called led to ask a simple question. She was giving me a personal opinion about medication she prefers but I needed a medical opinion. She basically hung up on me!!!!  I’d rather call an urgent care !!!

Bad service. Bought a box of canker sore patch and it’s empty. Toothpastes are locked and we cannot compare.

I was shopping at this CVS location for years. Most of the time, it is very decent. What I had experienced today with the new manager made me not to ever come back to this CVS location. His name is Zander. He is such a mean, condescending and rude person. I am surprised that he can become the leader of the store.

Confused staff, they don't update their system when the doc sends updated prescriptions, resulting in customers having to buy out of pocket. When asked, they  rudely told me thats the way it is, ask insurance company. When I pressed the matter with their supervisor, it got fixed when they called the appropriate insurance service desk.Also, refills is always a mess, never has gone smoothly.
