Went in to get a prescription for our daughter only to have the store manager (Kimberly Weber) yell at and accuse my husband of theft. So embarrassing! He has no reason to steal. We called the pd and filed a police report against her on false accusations and discrimination as well as made a complaint with the corporate office against her. Never again will I shop there. Yeah she had the nerve to tell the cop that my husband was not allowed into the store but I was. Are you kidding me? Why would I give your store business after being treated that way? I asked to speak with her while waiting for police to arrive so I could get her name and store information for my complaint on her but she hide in the office instead and her staff was not helpful. The male worker told me "you want her name its on the wall outside the store" really how hard was it for him to let me know her name and information to file a complaint? I had to get the information myself from the internet.

I love the store manager Kim and her staff! They're so helpful and the kindest people. I love visiting this store.

I went to exchange some items with my receipt and the staff up front didn't know what to do. Then they called Kim and she told me that she wouldn't do any refund or exchange so for me to go to another store. Absolutely ridiculous and rude!
