Data should easily transfer from one apple phone to another, yet the process is not working at this store and we have already spent 7 hours waiting for 2 phones to be upgraded properly.  So I called Sprint Customer service and get asked 10 questions only to feel like I am still getting nowhere with them!  They actually do not have a technical support direct line.  It takes about 5 steps just to speak with a live customer service rep.  Wow.  I am really unimpressed and have lost my patience.

Employees helped to resolve a months long issue with my service. They were patient and persistent while helping me over the course of 2 hours.

Got the run around, customer care told us to go to the store, the store told us to call customer care.

Went in with a broken phone.  They were very polite and efficient.  The phone was not repairable, but they ordered me another one free of charge.  Seamless transaction.
