It is a 24 hour pharmacy and perhaps that is the reason why staffing is an issue.  Better to be open and having to wait at anytime of the day than operating 6 am to 10 pm.  Easy access from Duke Street.  Went at 7 am and told it would take 20 minutes to fill new prescription.  There was no one else in-line but the only individual behind the counter was serving someone through their drive-in window and taking inventory.  Prescription was ready in 9 minutes.

About a month ago or so I went to the pharmacy to get my flu shot, the whole process was very smooth and fast thanks to the employee there, I believe his name was edwin, he was very helpful and even made a few jokes. I have never seen anyone work so fast and not to mention the pharmacist in charge didn't even made me feel my shot! I was surprised when he said "you're done". People don't give this pharmacy the credit it deserves. Everyone is friendly.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years staff is overworked always busy and few people behind the counter 
I noticed 2 technicians a male and a female always running all over 
but lately I'm so disappointed of the level of help  that the pharmacy manager offers always rude, short and dismissive. She takes too long to come answer a question and goes back so fast leaving me confused
I really liked dealing with Marcelo, Tereset  and even the new young pharmacist.
the previous pharmacy manager was awesome down to earth and so helpful  and maybe funny probably it's why employees were always smiling. now the try hard to keep up they look tired and upset all the time.
I they deserve a 5 star but management if i could give less than 1 start

I've been hoping for a change   but after standing at consultation for almost 15 min waiting for the pharmacy manager to come recommend which cough medicine is the best .
technicians kept saying that  she'll be right with me. and she never did.
I got so frustrated about the level of customer service the pharmacist offered especially that she's the manager and i just walked away..

I've been here when they're busy or have a few people.BUT the staff isn't that good. 24 hours is a lot to ask for and since it's pretty small staff is an issue. also they say they sell items and then the next day they say we're out of stock when they had so many that ur able to buy.

My husband dropped off his prescription earlier and asked the person he gave the prescription to if he can pay it right away. But the guy said he can pay it later. When we came back, one of the prescription is worth almost $300. Im pissed off bc if he provided the cost of the medication, we couldve ask our care provider to send a different meds to the pharmacy. Not all can afford that.
